How to request deletion

Send an email to nftmetalink@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Include your username and UID (shown on your profile in the app).

We may ask you to confirm the request to make sure it comes from the account owner. Your account is deleted within 30 days of confirmation, and we email you when it is done.

Before you ask: withdraw any balance you want to keep. Deletion cannot be undone, and any balance left on a deleted account is lost.

What we delete

• Email address, username, and password hash
• Profile picture and uploaded deposit screenshots
• Saved withdrawal wallet address and two-factor authentication secret
• Login sessions and IP address history

What we keep

We may keep a minimal record of deposits, withdrawals, and balance changes, linked to your UID, for up to 5 years where needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Transactions already recorded on a public blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
