1. Overview

MetaLink NFT ("MetaLink," "we," "us," or "our") is an NFT marketplace and staking platform accessible at metalinknft.com and through our associated mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from users of the Platform, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account details. Email address, username, hashed password, and any referral code used at signup.

Profile details. Any optional information you choose to add to your profile, such as a display name, avatar, or bio.

Wallet and blockchain data. When you connect a crypto wallet (e.g., MetaMask or another supported wallet) to mint, buy, sell, or stake NFTs, we collect your public wallet address and read on-chain activity relevant to your account, such as NFT ownership and transaction hashes. We never have access to, and never ask for, your private keys or seed phrase.

Marketplace and staking activity. Listings, bids, purchases, sales, NFT rarity tier assignments, staking positions, staking duration, and rewards earned through our earn/staking features.

Support communications. Messages you send us through email or our Telegram community channel when requesting help.

Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, app version, and session/authentication tokens needed to keep your account secure and the Platform functioning.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage your account
• Facilitate NFT minting, listings, purchases, sales, and transfers
• Operate staking/earn features and calculate and credit rewards
• Track rarity tiers and display accurate collection/marketplace data
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, or support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Platform
• Meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us

4. Blockchain Transparency

Because MetaLink NFT interacts with public blockchains, certain data — including wallet addresses and completed transactions — is inherently public and permanently recorded on-chain once submitted. This on-chain data is not controlled by us and cannot be deleted, even if you close your MetaLink account.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. Limited information may be shared with:

• Supabase, our backend provider, which handles authentication, database storage, and file storage for the Platform
• Blockchain networks, when you initiate an on-chain transaction (this is inherent to how NFTs and wallets work, not a separate disclosure by us)
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by applicable law or necessary to protect the security of the Platform or our users

6. Data Retention

We keep account and activity records for as long as your account remains active and as needed to operate the Platform, resolve disputes, and meet any applicable legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us; note that on-chain transaction history cannot be erased due to the nature of blockchain technology (see Section 4).

7. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access-controlled infrastructure through Supabase. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you're responsible for safeguarding your account password and your wallet's private keys/seed phrase — we will never ask you for either.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to:

• View and edit your profile information from your account settings
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account (subject to Section 6)
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. International Users

Our infrastructure providers may store or process data in countries other than your own. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred internationally, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted at this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
