1. Overview

MetaLink NFT ("MetaLink," "we," "us," or "our") is an NFT rewards and staking platform accessible at metalinknft.com and through our Android app "MetaLink NFT" (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from users of the Platform, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account details. Email address, username, password (stored only as a secure hash), your account UID, and the referral code you signed up with, if any. If you turn on two-factor authentication, we store the secret needed to verify your codes.

Profile details. A profile picture, if you choose to upload one.

Deposit details. When you report a deposit we store the amount, the network (e.g., TRC20 or BEP20), and, where requested, the transaction hash and a screenshot of the payment that you upload.

Withdrawal details. The crypto wallet address you save for withdrawals, and the amount, fee, and status of each withdrawal request. We never ask for, and never have access to, your private keys or seed phrase.

Platform activity. Your balance and a record of every change to it, staking positions and rewards, reserve orders, daily check-ins, points and level, and the members of your referral team.

Device and technical data. The IP addresses you sign up, log in, and use the Platform from, the country we estimate from your IP address, your browser or app type, and session tokens that keep you signed in.

Support communications. Messages you send us by email or Telegram when asking for help.

We do not use advertising, advertising IDs, or third-party analytics or tracking tools, and the app does not access your contacts, location (GPS), camera, or microphone.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Create, authenticate, and secure your account (including two-factor authentication)
• Verify deposits and process withdrawals to the address you provide
• Operate staking, check-in, referral, and reward features and keep an accurate balance history
• Send you account emails, such as verification codes, password resets, and transaction notices
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate accounts (for example, by comparing sign-up and login IP addresses)
• Respond to support requests
• Maintain and improve the Platform, and meet legal obligations that apply to us

4. Blockchain Transparency

Deposits and withdrawals take place on public blockchains. Wallet addresses and completed transactions are publicly and permanently recorded on-chain. We do not control this data, and it cannot be deleted, even if you close your MetaLink account.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Supabase, which hosts our database, including uploaded images
• Hostinger, which hosts our website and servers
• Resend, which delivers our account emails (it receives your email address and the content of the email)
• Blockchain networks, when a withdrawal is sent to your wallet address
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law or needed to protect the Platform or our users

All data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep your account and activity records while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see Delete Your Account for how. When we delete an account we remove your email, username, password hash, profile picture, saved wallet address, two-factor secret, and IP history within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record of deposits, withdrawals, and balance changes for up to 5 years where needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. On-chain transactions cannot be erased (see Section 4).

7. Security

We protect your data with password hashing, optional two-factor authentication, encrypted HTTPS connections, and access-controlled infrastructure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your password private. We will never ask you for your password, 2FA codes, or wallet seed phrase.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to:

• View and update your profile picture and withdrawal address in the app
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account (see Section 6)

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. International Users

Our infrastructure providers may store or process data in countries other than your own. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred internationally, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted at this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
